Briefing sessions: project to replace OxCORT

In Hilary term, both the Steering Committee and ICT Steering Committee of Conference agreed to start a project to replace OxCORT, the system used currently to administer undergraduate tutorial reports and payments. To begin this process the OxCORT Management Committee and the Student Systems team have arranged a series of briefing sessions later this term.

Content of sessions

These sessions will provide information about the project’s proposed approach, including how college involvement will be sought, and will seek to answer common questions arising at this early stage. Each session will be identical and will last one hour, including ample time to discuss further questions that attendees may have.

Time and location

The time and location of each session is as follows:

  • 31 May (Weds 6th week), 10.30-11.30am at O’Reilly Theatre, Keble College (map). Refreshments from 10.15am.
  • 8 June (Thurs 7th week), 11am-12 midday at Sir Michael Dummett Lecture Theatre (formerly known as Blue Boar Lecture Theatre), Christ Church (map). Refreshments from 10.45am.
