When Nexus email and calendaring will move to the cloud
From mid-August we will be creating new cloud-based Nexus365* accounts for new undergraduate students ahead of their arrival in Michaelmas term 2017.
The project team is currently developing the plan for moving existing Nexus email accounts (for current staff and postgraduate students) to Nexus 365. This has been delayed due to technical issues with the migration process and the user experience of it. Further information will be made available as soon as the migration re-planning is complete.
All new staff and incoming postgraduate students will continue to be set up on the current Nexus system until a revised migration plan is in place.

IT Support Staff (ITSS) and users will be given advance warning of when their mailboxes and calendars will be migrated to the new service.
*Nexus365 is the University's service providing cloud-based Microsoft Office 365.
