The timeframe for moving existing Nexus email accounts to Nexus365* is outlined below. Detailed planning is taking into consideration the student examinations period.
All new staff and incoming undergraduate and postgraduate students will be set up on the current Nexus system and will be migrated to Nexus365* with their college, faculty or department.

IT Support Staff (ITSS) and users will be given advance warning of when their mailboxes and calendars will be migrated to the new service.
*Nexus365 is the University's offering of the Microsoft cloud-based Office 365 service.
