The Tutorial Management System (TMS) Project Board meets on a regular basis to review progress of the TMS project, and has ultimate responsibility for overseeing direction and governance of the project.

Product Owner – Mark Pobjoy, Senior Tutor at Magdalen College, has been assigned the role of Product Owner and will oversee the project team’s delivery of a system which meets the needs of Oxford colleges and departments.
Product Owner Delegates – Alongside Mark, there are three Product Owner Delegates (1 for Colleges; 1 for Departments; 1 for the TMS Project) deputising for Mark at fortnightly meetings and workshops. The Product Owner Delegates are:

In addition, to ensure continued user engagement during the delivery phase of the TMS project, the project team has set up 3 Stakeholder Involvement Groups.
