Improving the processes and digital services supporting administration at Oxford
The Administration Portfolio aims to enhance the University’s operations through digital technologies. It provides many of the University’s critical support functions including Finance, HR, Assurance and Estates.
The Portfolio addresses challenges such as outdated IT systems, fragmented processes, and lack of reliable data. Our strategy focuses on simplifying core processes, integrating user-friendly systems, and leveraging cloud technology to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burdens. It also emphasises managing risks and integrating digital tools into physical spaces.
It is underpinned by the guiding principles of the University’s Digital Transformation Strategy and Professional Services Together.
