Call Delegation 

Allows the user (the delegator) to authorise another person (the delegate) to make, receive, and manage calls on their behalf.  This is usually used by executives and their assistants 

EA Group 

Call Group 

Allows users to share their incoming calls with colleagues, so those colleagues can answer calls on behalf of the primary user 

Pick-up Group 

Call Queue 

Allows a group of ‘agents’ to handle incoming calls directed to a specific phone number.  This would usually be used where a team of individuals can handle similar queries, eg a Finance, HR, IT, Facilities team 

Hunt Group 

Common Area phone 

A phone used in a shared location, eg lab, library, lodge, reception etc.  These need a Shared Area Device licence
